Speaker: Calvin Lechelt
Program Manager, Sustainability Services, Alberta Municipalities

Calvin joined the Municipal Climate Change Action Centre and Alberta Municipalities in 2017 and currently leads the Action Centre’s renewable energy, energy efficiency, and electric vehicle-related rebate programs for municipalities across Alberta to reduce energy use and emissions. Calvin has an Alternative Energy Technology diploma and a Bachelor of Technology Management from NAIT and is a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) and Certified Measurement and Verification Professional (CMVP) through the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE). Calvin is passionate about the electrification of transportation and strives to make a positive difference in the transition to net-zero.
Speaker: Logan Hoyland
Project Associate, Sustainability Services, Alberta Municipalities

Logan joined the Municipal Climate Change Action Centre and Alberta Municipalities in 2022 and currently helps deliver the Action Centre’s Electric Vehicle Charging Program (EVCP), and Electric Vehicles for Municipalities Program (EVM) throughout Alberta. Logan has an Alternative Energy Technology diploma from NAIT, and a Bachelor of Education from the U of A. Logan is motivated to increase awareness and knowledge about zero emission vehicles (ZEV’s) and their role in combatting climate change.
